The information we collect from you falls in to two categories: personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information.

Personally Identifiable Information:

• your name, last name, username, and password
• any eyewear prescription data you provide to us (including data from the pupillary distance measurement)
• information from Third Party Services that you explicitly give us access to
• your contact information, such as your phone number, social media handle, or email (depending on how you contact us)
• your credit card information (although we use a third party payment processor, as described below), billing address and shipping address
• survey responses to the extent you include Personal Information

Non-Personally Identifiable Information:

• the name of your internet service provider
• the IP address of the computer you use to access our Services
• the type of browser software you are using
• the operating system you are using
• the date and time you access our Services
• the website address, if any, that linked you to our Site
• the website address, if any, you leave our website and travel to

Information you voluntarily provide it to us

When you use our Site Features, we may request certain Personally Identifiable Information from you to complete a registration form to create a User Account, to make a purchase and/or payment. This may include

• Contact information such as your name, email address, and shipping address, and
• Prescription information, including any images of prescriptions and data from the pupillary distance measurement.
• We, or companies that provide services on our behalf, may also collect certain financial information from you, such as your payment method (this may include valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information). We store only a very limited portion of your credit card information, in a manner that is generally permitted by credit card issuers.

Information we automatically collect

Like most websites, our Site may incorporate technology such as “pixel tags”, “web beacons”, and “cookies” that allow us to track the actions of users of our Sites. Pixel tags, web beacons and cookies collect Non-Personal Information.

Pixel tags or web beacons are tracking devices on websites or in e-mails that can monitor the behavior of the user visiting the website or sending the e-mail. This information may include the URL that you just came from, which URL you go to next, what browser you are using, and your IP address. Our site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our Site. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff to provide better services to the public and may also be provided to others, but the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

We employ the use of 'cookies' in certain areas of our Site to allow us to provide information that is targeted to your interests and make your online experience more convenient (for instance, by reducing the number of times you have to re-enter your password). Information we obtain from Third Party Services

Some of our Site Features can be linked up with other accounts you have, such as your Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, or Google+ account (“Third Party Accounts”). If you link to Third Party Accounts from our Sites Features, we may collect some information about your use of the Third Party Account. We will only be able to collect the information if you’ve authorized the Third Party Service to provide us with that information or if you’ve made the information public. Additionally, if you mention us through your Third Party Account, we may collect information and content related to your comment that is publicly available. If you wish to limit the information available to us, you should be sure to manage the privacy settings of your Third Party Accounts. One thing we won’t ever store is your Third Party Account password.

We primarily use the information we collect and store to improve our Site Features. We do not rent or sell your Personal Identifiable Information to anyone.

We may send emails or contact you by phone in connection with your transaction or business relationship with us. If you sign up on our online registration page, we may send email to you concerning special offers, and promotions. If you do not wish to receive special offers or promotional mailings, you may be removed from our email lists, by selecting the “opt out” provision in our communications to unsubscribe.

We may share or disclose aggregated Non-Personal Information on our Site, with service providers, and/or with other persons we conduct business with. These service providers and other persons may also share with us aggregated Non-Personal Information that they have independently developed or acquired. Additionally, we may combine aggregate information from the pixel tags, web beacons and cookies we discussed above with similar data we collect from other visitors to help us improve our Sites Features, but that aggregate, anonymous information cannot be linked back to you.

We may provide your Personal Information to our Service Providers to enable them to perform certain services for us, including:

• website-related services such as web hosting
• improvement of website-related services and features
• maintenance services
• distribution of advertisements and other marketing materials on our behalf

Our payment processor, that credit card issuers require to have sufficient security, stores and processes your credit card or other payment information using industry-standard security measures. By making a purchase through the Site, you give us consent to use and provide your financial information as we consider necessary to process the transaction. All other Service Providers do not have any right to use the Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.

We may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that would be transferred. Also, if we (or our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, Personal Information could be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.

We will also share personal information if we belief that (i) access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, such as a court order or subpoena, or a request by law enforcement or governmental authorities, (ii) such action is appropriate to enforce the Terms of Use for the Site, including any investigation of potential violations thereof, (iii) such action is necessary to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues associated with the Site Features, or (iv) such action is appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of GlassesLED, its employees, users of the Site Features or others.

The Personal Identifiable Information that you provide to us is stored on servers, which are located in secured facilities with restricted access, and protected by protocols and procedures designed to ensure the security of such information. In addition, we restrict access to Personal Identifiable Information to GlassesLED Employees and Service Providers who need to know this information in order to develop, operate and maintain the Site Features. All GlassesLED personnel who have access to this information are trained in the maintenance and security of such information. However, no server, computer or communications network or system, or data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect user information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or through the use of any of the Site Features and you acknowledge and agree that you provide such information and engage in such transmissions at your own risk. Once we receive a transmission from you, we will endeavor to maintain its security on our systems.

The Site is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18, in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We do not market our products or services to children (although we do market some of our products and services for children to their parents), and we do not knowingly permit persons under the age of 18 to register or provide personally identifiable information on the Site. The provision of personally identifiable information by children on the Site is strictly prohibited. We encourage parents to supervise and participate in their children's Internet activities, and we urge children to exercise caution and consult their parents before providing any personally identifiable information on the Internet.

If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor child, you may use the Services on behalf of such minor child. We will treat any information that you provide us while using the Services on behalf of your minor child as Personal Information as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy.

We occasionally review this Privacy Policy to make sure it complies with applicable law and conforms to changes in our business. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time and we will post all changes on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically for any material changes to this Privacy Policy.
