Conditions of Use

GlassesLED (the “Site” glassesled.com) (we refer to the Site and the services made available through the Site collectively as the “Site Features”) is an online eyewear retail store. GlassesLED offer a selection of private label frames, lenses and other related products. It is our intention that “you” (any person interacting with the Site) have the best experience possible. As such, we have created these Terms and Conditions so that you can understand our terms regarding Site purchases and post purchases conditions.

These Terms and Conditions must be agreed to, by you, prior to any purchase, this is accomplished by clicking the check box “I agree with the terms of service and I adhere to them unconditionally” on the checkout page. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you cannot make any purchase in this Site.

Since things change very quickly, GlassesLED reserve the right to change these Terms and Condition at any time, it is your responsibility to read through these Terms and Conditions upon each interaction with the Site. Your continued access or use of the Site represent your acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility and Account Registration

The Site is only targeted towards, intended for use by, anyone 18 years of age and older. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We may still refuse to let certain people access or use the Site. We may also change our eligibility criteria. We offer the Site Features only for personal, noncommercial use, and not for the use or benefit of any third party.

You can interact with most of the Site Features without creating a user account (”Account”). However, other Sites Features may require you to create an Account. If you do so, you are solely responsible for any activity that occurs through your Account. In order for us to provide you the best possible service, you agree to provide us with complete, accurate, and updated information for your Account at all times. If any information is incorrect or outdated, it can lead to errors or delays, for which we will not be responsible. Furthermore, GlassesLED reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, and deny the privilege of the Site Features if accurate and complete information is not provided.

You should not share your Account information. You may never use another person’s Account or registration information for the Site Features without permission. Similarly, no one else should be able to use your Account without permission. You are solely responsible for keeping your Account and Account password secure and for any consequence resulting from your failure to do so. You should never publish, distribute, or post login information for your Account.

You are responsible for notify GlassesLED promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security of your Account. GlassesLED shall not be liable for any losses that may result from any unauthorized use of your Account or failure to maintain appropriate confidentiality measures. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Account if the information submitted or provided to GlassesLED with respect to your Account is inaccurate or fraudulent or we have reason to believe it is inaccurate or fraudulent.

No Provision of Medical Advice or Services

No information published on this Site may be used as either a diagnosis, medical advice, or substitution for medical advice. GlassesLED strongly recommend that you consult with your eye care physician every year for a comprehensive eye exam and regarding any treatment and diagnostic options that may be available to you, including the acquisition or provision of GlassesLED optical goods and services. 

Purchasing Policy

  1.    Select Your Frames

GlassesLED sells optical frames that can have either prescription or non-prescription lenses. We have made every effort on the Site to display the dimensions and colors of our frames as accurately as possible. However, the colors you see in our frames will depend on your monitor’s display. We do not warrant that the frames descriptions are error-free. If a frame offered by the Site is not as described, you can return it in accordance with our return policy below.

If you wish to purchase multiple frames utilizing different prescriptions (for example, your distance prescription and your reading prescription), you will have to place those orders separately.

To order a frame, select the desired frame, click the Type of Lenses you want, if you want to add Photochromic to your lenses, and if you want to add Protection Coverage to your eyewear. Then click the “Add to Cart” button to add it to your order.

  1.    Prescription

If you are purchasing prescription eyewear, you can provide your prescription information by one of the following methods:

  • Using a prescription from a previous order. We keep your prescription on file for some time after you order your eyewear, but be aware that it could take us a day or two to retrieve older prescriptions. Please keep that in mind if you need your order to be ready sooner.
  • Uploading a picture of your prescription from your computer
  • Entering your prescription in the form we provide at checkout

By placing an order for your prescription eyewear on the Site, you hereby agree and certify that the prescription you use is valid and true, and matches your prescription exactly as provided by your eye care physician. If your prescription is incomplete or incorrect, we may need to take additional measures to track down the correct information, which could mean you have to wait longer for your eyewear.

When entering your prescription it is your responsibility to enter it correctly, including but not limited to the pupillary distance (PD) (describe the distance between your pupils). If your PD is not on your prescription, you can have a local optical shop measure your PD, or use a self-measurement tools online, but there is always a risk that your measurement is not as accurate as one performed by a trained eye care professional. By using an online tools, you acknowledge that risk and agree that we will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in your PD. If a PD is not entered, GlassesLED will assume an average PD and utilize that, however in doing so, you agree that you forfeit all rights of return for a full refund and will only be granted store credit or an exchange in accordance with the rule above should the prescription be deemed faulty or inaccurate.

  1.    Payment

After you have made your eyewear selections and provided your shipping address information, you will see a prompt for your payment details, such as your credit card information and any promotional codes or gift card information you may have. By entering your payment information and submitting your order, you authorize us to charge the amount of the order to your selected payment option.

Order Processing and Shipping

We make your lenses at our own Lab, our team of experts work very hard to provide you with high quality lenses as promptly as possible. However, we may take up to 7 business day to process, inspect and have ready to ship your order.

All of our orders come with free shipping, which applies to the contiguous 48 U.S. States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are excluded. Free (standard) USPS shipping takes about 7 to 10 business days.

If you need your eyewear sooner, please call us at 305.514.0625, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET before placing your order to determine whether or not we will be able to expedite shipping. Please note that expedited shipping costs is additional and takes approximately three to four business days. Next day shipping may also be available for an additional fee.

Please note:

  • Some orders may take longer to arrive than the estimate time given above. If we have any delays in the process of your order a member of our team will contact you via email or phone
  • Prescriptions with SPH +/-5.00 and/or CYL of +/- 3.00 and above may require additional days to process.
  • If your prescription is incomplete or we have questions about your order and/or prescription, we will contact you and this may cause delays.
  • Some delay may result from the carrier in which we do not have any control.

Entering your shipping address correctly is very important as our mailing program will not capitalize, punctuate, or space for you. If your package is to arrive at a commercial address (office, etc.) please indicate the company name. The postal service does not and will not recognize individuals from commercial addresses. Missing or wrong information in your address will cause delays in your shipment. GlassesLED will not refund or exchange products that were shipped to an address that had missing or wrong information therefore making them undeliverable.

Once your order is on its way you will receive a tracking number via email. Feel free to call us at 305.514.0625, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. You can also email us at info@glassesled.com, if you would like to check the status of your order, or you just want to chat about how excited you are about your new glasses.

Changing or Canceling

We work very hard to process your order as soon as possible, this also means that although we will try our best to accommodate order modifications, we cannot guarantee them. If you would like to change or cancel an order, call us at 305.514.0625, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, or email us at info@glassesled.com with the subject line “Change/Cancel Order.”

If we are unable to make the requested change or cancellation, usually because we have already shipped the order, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label so that you can still return the glasses after you receive them for a full refund or exchange. You must send back the order whiting the next 7 days of receiving the return shipping label, for the cancelation to be effective.

Return and Exchange

We are pretty sure you will love your eyewear! But, if for any reason you are not completely satisfy, you may return your order for free whiting the first 30 days of placing the order. We will credit your account for the full amount of the order or give you a store credit for future purchases.

You may also exchange it for a different eyewear of an equal or lesser value. Exchanges can only be made one time whiting the first 30 days of placing the order. For you to receive your new eyewear we need to have the one that you are exchanging at our facility.

To begin the return/exchange process you must contact us at info@glassesled.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange Order”, or call us at 305-514-0625. A return shipping label will be provided without charge (Standard USPS shipping, available only for Continental U.S addresses). You must send back the eyewear that needs to be return or exchanged whiting the next 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.

Once we receive the eyewear or at our facility we will start the process of return or exchange. Refunds will be made thru the same payment method used to purchase the order. Note that although we will process the refund as soon as we receive the eyewear, it might take up to 30 days for it to show on your account.

Protection Coverage

The Protection Coverage is an unlimited, one-year warranty (365 days from the date of purchase) that covers damages from wear and tear and accidental damage in frame and lenses.

To acquire the Protection Coverage you need to select the “Add Protection Coverage” check box option from the frame that you want to purchase. It has a value of $25 that will be added to the price of the frame and lenses you select of the and only applies that pair frame and lenses. To acquire this Protection Coverage for multiple pairs, you will have to select the option of “Add Protection Coverage” for each one of them.  

By purchasing the Protection Coverage, you understand that it is such a contract and acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read the terms and conditions set forth herein. 

The Protection Coverage Plan covers parts and labor costs to exchange your eyewear in the event your eyewear get damage. GlassesLED will replace your eyewear, at our discretion, when required due to any damage in the frame or lenses. You, the customer, are entitled to a replacement of equal value to the amount originally paid.

In the event that the frame is damage:

  • If the frame is still in-stock, a replacement will be provided with the same lenses of the original order.
  • If the frame is no longer in-stock, you are entitled to a frame of equal or lesser value including new lenses with the same option of the original order.

In the event that the lenses are damage, we will replace them for new lenses with exactly the same options of the original order.

You, the customer, will be required to send us the defective eyewear, and to pay a $25 replacement service fee (includes replacement handling as well as standard shipping both ways within the US. Free shipping not included outside the US). Every time you want to use your Protection Coverage within a year from the date of purchase.


  1.    In the Site, shop for Protection Coverage Replacement Service and proceed to make the payment.
  2.    Contact us via email at info@glassesled.com with the subject line “Use Protection Coverage”, to request the shipping label.
  3.    Send back the damage eyewear whiting the next 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.
  4.    We start to process your replacement eyewear and ship it to you as soon as possible.

Transfer: This Plan is non-transferable.

Renewal: This Plan is not renewable. 

Discounts and promo-codes

Discounts and promo-codes will be available occasionally for you to apply on an order. You may not use more than one discount or promo-code per order. Discounts and promo-codes cannot be applied to orders that have been already placed, you need to enter your discount or promo-code when you checkout.

If you are making an exchange or using store credit from an order you returned you are not entitle to use discounts or promo-codes, as this new order will count as an exchange for the exact same value of your original order.

Discounts and promo-codes cannot be used to purchase e-gift cards. But, if you are placing a new order and would like to pay with an e-gift card, you can apply a discount or promo-code to that order.

Gift Card

As part of our product we offer you Gift Cards. The Gift Card may only be purchased in the following increments: $50, $100, $150.  And must be redeemed through our Site toward the purchase of eligible products. No hidden fees or charges will occur with the purchase of a Gift Card. The e-mail address of the recipient will solely be used for delivery of the Gift Card. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Card account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.

Coupons and other discounts may not be used to purchase a Gift Card.
No refunds or returns will be allowed for the Gift Card but any purchase made with the Gift Card are subject to the conditions laid out in our Return and Exchange policy. 
Gift Card will be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Reviews, Comments, Communications and Other Content 

We welcome any visitors’ reviews, comments, photos, and other content and communications; and suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, pyramid schemes, mass mailings, or any form of "spam" or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content.

GlassesLED reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, or to terminate the Account, but does not regularly review posted content. If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant GlassesLED a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant GlassesLED and sub-licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify GlassesLED for all claims resulting from content you supply. GlassesLED takes no responsibility, does not endorse and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party. We reserve the right to remove or restrict your ability to post personal information about yourself or others such as address and phone number, or any other content or material, including photos or drawings, that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, lewd, sexually explicit, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, fraudulent, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

When you visit the Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically and are consenting to receive communications from us electronically regarding a purchase or response to a question or comment or because you have chosen to receive promotional, legal or reminder emails about your contact lenses. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. 


We do not and will not accept liability for any consequential or incidental damages that arise from outside sources and are out of or are related to the purchase of goods or services from GlassesLED.com. We do not and will not accept liability in cases where customers provide us with prescriptions not suited to their condition and personal prescription. We also will not accept prescriptions more than two years old. We highly discourage customers from using eyeglasses that are not suited to their prescription.


GlassesLED, the GlassesLED logo, glassesled.com, photos, service terms or names that are used on the Site are sole property of GlassesLED and cannot be used without GlassesLED permission. GlassesLED property may not be used for the sale or promotion of any third-party products or services or in any manner that disparages or discredits GlassesLED. All other brands and names (including third-party product names) are the property of their respective owners.


Terms and Condition Termination 

These Terms and Condition shall commence upon your first purchase using the Site, and shall continue 

(i) as long as you retain access rights to the Site, or 

(ii) until GlassesLED ceases to operate the Site or closes your Account. GlassesLED shall not have any ongoing obligation to provide the Site; thus, GlassesLED may cease to operate the Site at any time and for any reason. Without limiting the foregoing, GlassesLED may cease to provide your Account in the event of: 

  1.      any dispute or termination of GlassesLED relationship with you; 
  2.     any dispute concerning ownership or control of your Account; or
  3.      use of your Account in a manner that GlassesLED, in its sole discretion, considers improper or unacceptable.

GlassesLED reserves the right to limit the period of time during which GlassesLED may make any User Content pertaining to you available on the Site. The Site should not be viewed as your backup, archival or storage service with respect to any User Content.

Other Written Provisions 

These Terms and Condition shall not affect any engagement letter or other written provisions and written agreements (collectively, 'Other Written Provisions') that may be operative between you and GlassesLED, all of which shall remain in full force and effect according to their terms. With respect to your use of the Site, however, this Agreement shall govern in the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Other Written Provisions.
